Hence diploma degree is provided in Electronic engineering so that there is a work force who can assist the various technical faults encountered by the modern generation and provide a complete solutions to the problems.
Eligibility
The minimum eligibility criteria required for a candidate to get diploma in wood technology if he or she has obtained an class 10 pass certificate and possess a Secondary School Leaving Certificate. A candidate who passed class 12 with the subject physics, chemistry and maths are given more preference. The minimum age requirement is 15 years and the candidates have to appear for a screening exam before getting admission into the diploma course.
Course Outlook
The diploma in electronic engineering is a 3 year course that trains the students on various aspects of electronics. The students are evaluated on the basis of their performance in practical and theory and graded on the continuous formative exams and end semester exams. The course deals with all type of practical aspects of electronics in the 6 semesters.
Job Prospects
There are numerous opportunities for job for a candidate with a diploma degree in electronic engineering. Various companies that deals with production of chips, electronic instrument, clocks, mobiles and electronic part appoints diploma holders in their manufacturing plants. There are scopes of self employment in the field of maintenance sector. The pay scale is according to the skill of the candidate.
