You may not find job opportunities in HCL Technology just after completion of Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering course. Yes, basically there is a certain educational qualification required.

>> Candidates must have completed B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ M.E/ M.Tech in relevant stream from a recognized college.

>> The minimum percentage required throughout the academics must be 60% marks.
* In 10th Class - 60% marks
* In 12th Class - 60% marks
* In Graduation/ Post Graduation - 60% marks

>> As you are a diploma holder, I suggest you to pursue B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering after completion of Diploma course in order to be eligible.
