Yes, you are eligible to apply for IIT JEE examination after completion of your Polytechnic course from a recognised board. Being a Diploma holder, you are eligible to appear in JEE Main and JEE Advanced examination but, your JEE Main examination score and rank can't be used to get admission in NIT as NITs does not offer admissions to Diploma holders. Even in IITs, you can get admission only in first year of B.Tech course but, not in second year of B.Tech course.
