Just u need to pass 12 exam. And you need to complete graduation in any subject (professional/non professional) from any recognised Universities . Then apply for CSE UPSC examination. Remember you can't become IAS officer right after 12th. you must need a graduation. Best of luck.

No, there is no such minimum required percentage in class 12th to become an IAS officer. It means if you got atleast 33% in your class 12th and declared as passed from a recognized board you are eligible to write the exam and become an IAS officer. The other crtiteria is that you should hold a bachelor degree from any recognized institution in a respective subject.

Education qualification-: for civil services like IAS ( Indain administration services)
You must be graduate from any stream and any recognized University and the professionals and technical qualifications recognised by the government are also eligible to apply...minimum 50% |
