According to NDA Age criteria

"Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1994 and not later than 1st July, 1996 are eligible."


So i am sorry to say that according to above age criteria you are not eligible to appear in NDA exam.

CDSE:- Combined Defence Service Examination

Through CDS You can Join:-

Indian Army
Indian Air Force
Indian Navy


Eligibility:

>Graduation degree in any stream from recognized university for Indian Army.

but according to NDA:
candidate should not earlier 2 January 1994 and not later then July 1, 1996.

your age should be below 19 years of the apply date of the NDA exam you are eligible for this exam.

But your age now above 19 years so you are not eligible for the NDA exam.

NDA stands for National Defence Service. This exam conducted by the union public service commission twice in a year.

i.e, NDA-I and
NDA-II

NDA exam has following three wings:

indian army

navy

indian Air force

Eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualification:

the candidate should complete the 12th standard with any stream from any recognized state board of india.

The indian air force and navy exam the candidate have the compulsory subjects are mathematics physics and chemistry.

The final year appearing candidates are eligible for the NDA exam.

There is no minimum marks required to eligible for this exam.

Nationality:

the candidate must have the citizen of india.

Age limit:

the candidate age limit should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

There is no age criteria to other categories to eligible for this exam.

Gender:

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this exam.

Girls are not eligible for this exam.

Physical standards:

the candidate must have the physically and medically fit for this exam.

As your date of birth is 08.10.1993, you are running 19 years now.

According to NDA(National Defence Academy) one is eligible to apply for NDA if his date of birth is within 02.01.1994 to 01.07.1996.

So you will not be eligible to apply for NDA. But if you are interested for Defence services, then You will be eligible to apply for CDS after Graduation.

CDS - COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE exam conducted by UPSC twice as every year for entry in to Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officer's Training Academy of CDS.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian National having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 19 to 25 years with good Physical Fitness and Mental health.

hi...

The NDA examination has strong age limits. Generally the age limit is from 15 - 17 years.
So i think you are not eligible for NDA exam.

But if you are determined to join the armed forces then i have a better option for you.
Just complete your Graduation(b.tech) and opt for the CDS( Combined Defence Services) examination. You will surely get a relaxed age limit in CDS.

Iam really sorry to say this you are not eligible for NDA exam, because as per the requirements the applicants date of birth will be in between the dates 2nd january 1994 to 1st july 1996.

So iam sorry to say this you are not eligible for NDA exam


But here is a solution for you after graduation you are eligible for CDS(Combined Defence Service) exam.

CDS exam is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year i.e CDS-I,
CDS-II.

CDS has four wings:

Indian airforce,

Indian military

Indian naval academy,

Officer training academy.


Eligibility criteria:

You should be complete graduation from a recognised university in any stream.

You should be a citizen of india.

You must be physically fit


Age criteria:

For naval academy 19 to 22 years,

For airforce academy 19 to 23 years,

For military academy 19 to 24years,

For officer training academy 19 to 25 years.

Selection procedure:

Written test,

Interview,

Medical test.

i regret to say you that you are not eligible for N.D.A exam because as per your date of birth i.e 08-10-1993,your age is running 19 which is undesirable from the N.D.A eligibility point of view.As per the conditions of N.D.A ,your age should be between 16.5 to 19 years,and you should be unmarried.But you have an opportunity to join the armed forces through the CDS exam.

yes you are eligible for the NDA exam .
The criteria for the exam is below :
-> one should pass the 12th with minimum 50% marks from any recognized board .

-> For navy & air force , one should pass the 12th with Maths subject .

-> age must be between 16.5 -19 years .

-> only unmarried male candidates can give the exam .

The exam consist two objective type paper name maths and english .

Selecting candidates will be called for an interview , physical test etc .

The final selection will be done on the basis of marks available in both exam .
