sir now iam studying B.Tech (EEE), can i eligible to apply to ips in my 4th year. please tell me

you can fill the form available in the head post offices of the city of the civil services exam and sit for the entrance exam of the civil services ...
once you qualify you get a call for the interview and based on the rank you secured overall you are selected for the IPS, and others........

To Become A IPS Officer, You have To Appear In the UPSC Civil Service Examination, After Clear UPSC Exam, You Will Become A IPS Officer.

So, To Appear In This Exam, Your Age Should Between 21 To 30 Years.

And You Have To Complete Your Graduation, Because Graduation Is The Minimum Eligiblity To Appear For IPS Exam.

And In Case If You Are In The Final Semester Or Have Taken Your Final Degree Exam But Are Awaiting For The Results, Then You Can Also Appear For the IPS Preliminary Examination. But You have To Show The Proof Of Your Degree While You Are Filling The Main Form.

educational qualification:
you must be a graduate from a Degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be Deemed as a University Under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.

if you are a final year student also then also you can apply and fill the form and give the exam.......only requirement is that you will have to submit your degree proof when you fill the main form........

so don't worry....you can give the exam.......so prepare well
