My birth date is 30.1.1995. I am eligible for vao exam in 2016 or not as per my date of birth please tell me as soon as possible.

VAO stands for Village Administrative officer. They have to maintain the village records to crop & harvest keeping right record.
Eligibility criteria for VAO Exam:
-Age limit should be between 21-30 years.
-Age Relaxation years for Sc's St's ,Bc's , Bcm's Dws of all castes.
-SSLC with Tamil language.
In addition to this candidate has to write test which contain
Maximum-300 marks
Minimum-90 marks
Duration-3 hours.
which contains ( aptitude ,mental ability,English, general studies,Basics of village administrative)

TNPSC (Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) conducts the VAO exam and the eligibility needed for applying for this exam are:

# Candidate should have a citizenship in India.

# Age limit needed for general category candidate is 21-30 years. There are relaxation for other category candidates such as for SC/ST/BC it is 21-40 years

# Regarding the educational qualification needed candidate should have passed 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized school board of education.

The selection process is based on the score which you attain in the written exam.

VAO is conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.
Eligibility to appear in VAO examination are
-Candidate must be of minimum age of 21 years and maximum of 30 years for general and OBC candidates whereas 40 years for SC and ST candidates.
-Candidates must have passed higher secondary examination .
-Also, the candidate must possesses knowledge of Tamil degree.

According to the date of birth mentioned in the post , you will not be able to appear in VAO 2016 examination conducted by TNPSC.
You will be eligible to appear in VAO 2107 as in this year will pass the minimum age criteria necessary to appear in the examination.

- Age Limit : For Village Administrative Officer Exam the minimum age required to appear for all the candidates for this exam is 21 years of age, but not more than 30 years. Whereas, for reserved category the maximum age for them is 40 years.

- Educational qualification : Candidate must have passed S.S.L Public Examination or its equivalent.

- Knowledge of Tamil is must for all the candidates.

You, will be eligible for this exam only when you have completed your 21 years of age. Right now you are not eligible for this exam.

** Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) conducts Village Administrative Officer (VAO) Exam

** No you are not eligible for VAO examination at the age of 20 years.

AGE LIMIT FOR VAO EXAMINATION

** The candidate must be above 21 years and not above 40 years for SC/ST/MBC/BC and DWs candidates of all castes.

You are not eligible for VAO exam.VAO stands for village administrative officer.

Age limit :- Age must between 21 to 30 years .
For OBC 3 years relaxation.
For SC 5 years relaxation.

If you belongs OBC or SC category then definitely you can try for this exam.

VAO exam conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission .So you must have knowledge about tamil language.
