The eligibility criteria for all the engineering courses is similar. You will certainly need to have secured over 70% in your 12th standard. Also for the science subjects i.e. Physics and Chemistry along with Mathematics you need to secure atleast a first class. For reputed institutes like IIT above 90% is a must. But along with these your scores in the entrance exam will also be important.

Many universities and colleges demand for min. 60% but their may be certain colleges that give admission for above 55%.
