i have got 38 percent in 12 class ,can i get a job in any private or govt bank

Dear friend,
To get the job in govt. sector might be bit difficult, but in private sector you can get the job, because in private sector most of the companies will not ask you the percentage.
you can pursue your studies side be side,
You can apply in BPO, till your graduation not completed, you can do work there for few time, it may improve your communication skills, gives you the confidence.

but with this percentage you can not get jobs in any private or govt. banks...
hope you could make it to at least 50%...

according to you should give the 12th board examination again and try to score a minimum of the 60% of the marks
because today the scenario is like a minimum of the 60% of the marks is a must to get a job in any private or the govt firms .........

According to eligibility criteria of most of the banks you need to have 50% atleast in your 10+2 exams.So you may not be eligible for government banks.
You can try for private banks as some of them may not consider your 10+2 marks.
Also you can complete your graduation ,get around 55 to 60% & then try for private banks.As many of them only need you to have 55% in the recent exam which you have appeared/qualified.

Hi dear, You can be placed in the bank after your completion of the UG degree.So, first do your degree. Then you write bank exam .

You can not appear in any govt. Bank they require minimum 50% in 12 and Grad.

you should first complete your Graduation to appear in any bank now as your precentage is very low.

To get a job in private or government bank one has to fulfill following eligibility criteria:-

1.One must have complete the graduation in any trade.

2.One has to secure 60% aggregate through out the career.

3.One must be computer literate.

4.One should be a citizen of India.

As you have secured a very poor marks in 12th, then you are not eligible for any kind of bank exam..

You can only try for Bank Clerical Exams after 12th or you can go for BPO Jobs.

A huge no. of job opportunities are there in call centers as data entry operators.
Otherwise in case of government jobs you have following options
Staff Selection Commission
DEO
LDC

Both are government jobs.
SSC don't care about the percentage.

You have to clear the entrance exam with good marks.
