I have done B.sc Botany (graduation) and want to make my career as INDIAN ARMY OFFICER, is there any chance after finishing B.sc Botany graduation?
And how to I become a INDIAN ARMY OFFICER ? Can you please let me know the criteria followed?

Yes, you are eligible to join Indian Army after completing B.Sc Botany (graduation). You need to qualify the entrance exam conducted by UPSC as CDS twice every year for final selection.

The eligibility to appear for the examination is that, the candidates have to pass bachelor's degree in any discipline, age must be in between 19 to 24 years. Only unmarried candidates and physically fit candidates are eligible to appear for the examination.

The examination is conducted in two stages : written and SSB. It is necessary to qualify in written stage so that you can qualify for SSB.

>>Indian Military Academy and Officer's Training Academy: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Age limit for IMA is 19-24 years and 19-25 years for OTA. You are eligible for both academies.

>>For Navy and Air Force: Bachelor's degree in engineering or science with mathematics and physics at 10+2 level is necessary.
