Detailed information and requirements to apply for job in Merchant Navy for 12th Commerce student?
Hello guys,
I did 12th Commerce. Can I get job in Merchant Navy after did 12th Commerce? I want to know that what are the job requirements in Merchant Navy? Please give me the requirement details. |

Commerce students are not eligible to apply for Merchant Navy.
However, if you are 10th pass candidate then you can apply for Merchant Navy as a seafarer after qualifying pre sea courses. But for applying as an Officer in Merchant Navy, you must have passed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. If you have passed your 10+2 with PCM, then you can apply for two specialized fields namely Nautical (Deck) and Marine Engineering. Note that only unmarried male and female candidates are eligible to apply for Merchant Navy. Age limit of the candidates applying for Merchant Navy is 16-25 years. |
