ISI, or Indian Statistical Institute is one of the most respectable and prestigious institute of our country. Getting a course in this prestigious college is highly aspired by many. Thus, getting in to such a respectable institute is not very easy. One has to go through the entrance test.

About the Entrance test:

The entrance test for ISI includes a written test and an interview. As far as written test is concerned, it is highly important if one is aiming to be a part of ISI.

Pattern of the paper:

Indian Statistical Institute M.Tech(QROR) Papers are divided in to two main categories. One is the objective type questions and the other one is short answer type questions.  The objective type questions are approximately 75 in number. The three major sections from where the objective type questions are asked are Algebra, Co-ordinate Geometry, and Calculus.

The short answer type questions are again of two types. Part I is meant for those who are from statistical or mathematics background, and Part II is for those who are from engineering background. The questions that are asked in here are from engineering mathematics, and engineering and technologies.
