Yes you can join the Indian Navy. If you have been operated six months back then yes. But there is one more clause. There should not be any chance of recurrence. You have not mentioned the age in your question. So we cannot completely say that you will be qualified to join. But regarding your issue that you have mentioned here, you are safe.
