Am i eligible to write VAO exam in a age 42..Please give me the details for the same

hello sir

I am sorry to say that the eligibility criteria for VAO exam states that ,a candidate must be below 40 years of age to write the examination. A forty year candidate cannot apply for this post.

the vao exam is conducted by the state government, in order to write this exam, the state government has fixed a certain rules like age, local region, reservation category....etc, so according to the notification of vao exam ypu are not eligible to write this exam.....

VAO Stands for Village Administrative Officer and this examination is conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission every year .

If you have 12th standard OR graduation degree then you are applicable for VAO exam but you age should be in between 21 to 30 years old.

Age relaxation is provide as per govt rule .For the reserved category candidates there is age relaxation. The upper age limit for SC/ST candidates is 40.But you must know the Tamil language.

Your age now 42 years old so you are not applicable for VAO exam.

Exam Pattern of VAO Exam:-

Written Exam will contain two parts -

1. General Knowledge

100 questions of SSLC Standard. Questions will be English and Tamil.

2. General Tamil/General English

100 questions of SSLC Standard. Questions will be English and Tamil.
