No company wants to keep any employee with a backlog because backlog means you have not finished your course yet. So they always ask students with no backlogs for the recruitment process. But some companies do take students with backlogs with condition that it so be cleared at the time of joining or else their jinong will be posproned till they do not clear their backlogs.

There is no core company for pruduction engineer but some companies that recruit production engineering students rae as under:

9. SUZLON

Eligibility criteria for each of the above company is different and so some of them don't ask backlog students and some of them takes students with backlog. But i will suggest you to clear all your backlogs that will make you eligible to apply in all these companies.

I've secured 94% in 10th std,76% in 2nd pu,79% in 1st sem BE,82% in 2nd sem BE,60% in 3rd sem BE with backlog in 1 sub will i get placed in good companies ????
