How much percentage is needed to apply for CAT exam?
hello sir, i'm studying b.tech third year. Can i know how much percentage should i need at the end of my b.tech to apply for CAT exam.

Hiiii,
It depends on for which college you want to apply, but yes at least 50%. 50% is the minimum marks you require to apply for the CAT or equivalent examination. |

For all IIMs, Candidates need to have a bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/ All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) with 60% as eligible for Post-Graduate Studies in Management. Students who are to qualify in the following year also can appear for CAT Exam.

Well you are a student of B.TECH and now you are in third year when you will completed your B.TECH the aggreate of percentage is just 50%
It means when your aggreate percentage of 4 year is 50% you will be apply for CAT exam. It means 1 year percentage+2 year percentage+3 year percentage+4 year percentage =50% THANK YOU |

for eligible the candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA)categories] |

Hello friend, cat stands for common aptitude test.it is an entrance exam for mba course. The eligibility criteria for cat:- educational qualification is graduation in any stream from any recognized university. The percentage required is 50%. For sc/st 45% is required. There is no age limit. It conducts in every year. Prepare well. All the best

Eligible criteria for CAT. Min Qualification: Bachelors Qualifying Subject(s): Bachelor Degree in Any subject stream. Min Marks: Candidate should have obtained 50% marks or equivalent in the qualifying exam or equivalent CGPA.A candidate must show original mark sheets and submit photocopies to prove his/her eligibility at the time of interview. Min Age: Minimum Age after completing 10+2+3 years of education. |

Candidate opting for Common Admission Test has go through strict qualification criterias. If you apply for CAT in a systematic approach then success is a must.
