If I am 18 years old then am I eligible for NDA II exam?
my age is 27.06.1993.i am eligible for NDA 2....could u please tell me whether I am eligible for the exam?

Yes you are eligible for NDA exam, but the date application of NDA II has gone now.
Don't worry you can apply next year. Following is the eligibility criteria for NDA: 1. Age: 16 1/2 to 19 years. 2. Educational Qualification: 10+2 from a recognised board (60% in maths and physics in 10+2 for Airforce.) 3. Marital Status: Unmarried. 4. Gender: applicable for men only. 5. Nationality Indian. |

Yes you are eligible for NDA exam, but the date application of NDA II has gone now.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have cleared 10+2 education level. Those candidates who are currently studying in 12th class can also apply for the entrance examination. For Navy and Air Force candidates should have had Physics & Mathematics in Class 12th. Also a candidate must be more than 16 & 1/2 years and less than 19 years of age as on 1st January, 2011. Hello friend .....
The NDA exam is conducted by the UPSC and the candidates recruited through it are admitted into the three wings of the Indian Defense that is army , navy and air force . The eligibility in age for the NDA II exam is that the age of the candidate should be between 16.5 years to 19 years . And the other eligibility criteria is that one should have passed the 12th board exam with a minimum of the 60% of the marks from a recognized board .... To apply for the NDA II exam you have to have the age between 16.5 years to 19 years . And the eligibility related to the qualification is the one should have passed the 10+2 board exam from the recognized board with a minimum of the 60% of the marks . The NDA exam is conducted by the UPSC . If you qualify the written exam then you are called for the Group Discussion and the physical test ... yes, you are eligible for NDA II exam. the criteria which is required to apply in NDA exam is given below 1.12th with PCM combination. 2.minimum 60% marks in 12th. 3.age limit is 16.5-19 years. as your age is 18 years. so you are eligiable for NDA exam. all the best............ |

Yes, of course friend you can apply for nda-2 exams .
as nda conducts exams twice a year so you can apply for nda-2 exams that is going to be held on august 2011. but i am sorry to say that its date is gone. and you can now not apply for it. but Don't worry you can apply next year. Following is the eligibility criteria for NDA: a candidate age must be betwee 16 1/2 to 19 years. Educational Qualification: 10+2 with at least 60% he must be unmarried. only men can apply for it.. good luck |

Eligibility of National Defence Academy
UPSC is conduct NDA exam. The qualification needed for apply the NDA exam is 12h pass with Physics and Mathematices conducted by a State Education Board or a University. Only male unmarried aspirants are qualified to apply for the course. Physical fitness is required for the applicant. The age should be 16.5 to 19years. Of, course, my friend, You are totally eligible for the NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY[NDA],conducted by UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION[UPSC]. As per your DOB you are eligible for this exam. Educational requirements- 12th degree from a recognized board. you must have PHYSICS & MATHS in 12th for being eligible for the NAVAL & AIR FORCE WING of Indian force. also you must have scored at least 60% in 12th in aggregate. The age limit for this examination is 16.5-19 years,. there is not the any age limit relaxation for the SC\ST & OBC candidates,. you must have Indian nationality with marital status UNMARRIED. Yes. You are eligible for appearing in NDA exam.
For appearing in NDA exam the eligibility criteria required are as follows : 1. You must be an Indian Citizen. 2. Your age must be above 16.5 years and below 19 years. 3. You must have completed your 12th std from a recognized school of recognized board. 4. If you want to join in Indian Navy or Air force you must have chosen science as your stream in 11th std and 12th std. |
