Can I take admission in Ph.D with less than 50 percentage, but have 20 years of experience?


I may eligible to take admission in PhD having less than 50 percentage.but I have a 20 year of experience in field of teaching. Give complete solution.

No, you are not eligible to do the PhD. To pursue PhD, a candidate needs a minimum of 55% marks in Master's degree for general candidate and for a candidate who is other than general like OBC/SC/ST minimum marks required is 50% in Master's degree.

I am sorry to say that you cannot take admission to study the Ph.D course after the completion of your Post Graduation with less than 50% of marks. Since you have scored less than 55% of marks, you are not eligible to pursue Ph.D course.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree from a recognised University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to opt for the Ph.D course.

No, you can't apply for Ph.D course.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D entrance exam. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

There are no age criteria.
