Iam 24 years old having a diploma in medical electronics in my hand also completed +2, am I eligible for any country service?.

Yes, you are eligible o work for country service.

Country Service is not done after joining the defence services. Candidates giving their best in any field are helping the country to achieve higher goals.

So, as you have done diploma degree, you are eligible to join PSU'S after qualifying in entrance examination conducted by PSU'S as junior engineer and after selection you can serve the country.
