Can I pursue Ph.D after doing M.Tech from IIT? Do I need to write GRE or TOEFL? Which universities can I expect with GPA of 9 and 94% in 12th?

can i pursue my phd after doin m.tech from iit???need i write gre or toefl in that case............which universities can i expect with gpa 9 and 94% in 12th?? |

dear friend
of course you can do Ph.D after m.tech from IIT. for that you don't need to give GRE or TOEFL . because this exams are for foreign study . in India there are many good colleges where you can apply for Ph.D . you have a very good academic career , you should follow that. you can do it from IITs , NITs, JU , DEC , ANNA UNIVERSITY , BITs etc. all the best. |

Can I do master's in civil engineering in US at top or good college after b.tech. with GPA above 9, diploma with 84%, 10th with 82% ?
