Can I study PhD in Economics in Calcutta University having secured 54.66% in M.A. from IGNOU?
Hello,
I have done M.A. in Economics from IGNOU and secured 54.66% marks. I am an OBC category student. Can I do PhD from Calcutta University in Economics? |
