In multinational Information Technology companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, IBM, Tech Mahindra, following rounds are conducted for final recruitment:
1. Aptitude Round and E mail writing. 2. Technical Interview. 3. Human Resource Interview. Generally Wipro conducts pool recruitment drive offline in which candidates from different streams are recruited. You will have to clear all these stages of recruitment to get job in this company. |
