Always try to summarize yourself in one page. Another thing is the covering letter. Now it is not an important concept in the job market. Most of the employers never read the covering letter. They are getting hundreds of resumes everyday and they will not put much effort to read each and every words in those pages. Many Multinational houses are taking the consideration of Facebook and LinkedIn profiles that reveals the professional persona of the individual. Make use of these technologies and tools and gear up job search.
If Not????
If you are not getting any job for some time, keep yourself motivated. Never be disheartened and irritate by others comments. You can seek the support of your parents, if they tried to advice you, let to do so because it is one of the best sources of motivation. You can take the internships which will provide you to have good exposure in the job areas and a clear idea of the professional life. These internships can add value to your resume, which is bound to provide an advantage in future.
Don’t send your resumes to every A, B, C. Make sure about the company, the job and the authorities. The job portals will help you to find out the suitable jobs and also there are many consultancies in our country helping the candidates in the job searching process. Making contacts and networks are the best way to search for the jobs. You have to know the people in the various fields and try to have a meeting with them. Before going to meet persons, do some basic research about them because everybody takes the people whom they like, it is not a matter if there is nothing great in the certificates.
Before going to the interview practice well and try to answer all the expected question you may asked to. Take any level of job even if it pays you less because it is important to have something rather than waiting for the Big…
After graduation whatever you are doing make sure that you can justify that to yourself at any point of time, no matter how small or big it is. You have to take things on the right spirit and move on……
