Procedure to join merchant navy after scoring 60% marks in PCM?


sir , iam a +2 science student,and i hope a 60% of marks in pcm, can i know the procedure for joining merchant navy (bsc nautical science) and the collages offering this course

sir i have finished 12th with 53% in pcm. can i able to join bsc nautical science?
