The Indian Navy is one of the three major wings of our defence. It has been safeguarding our nation and our fellowmen from a long time. It prevents cross border terrorism and other illegal activities through seaways. It is highly commendable for its great work for humanity.
Job profile: The candidates will be initially under training. After the completion of training they will be appointed as sub-lieutenants and will have an opportunity of flying aircrafts like helicopters, carrier planes, etc. They will be responsible for taking part in various naval operations.
Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 23 years. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: A candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with maths and physics being passed at 10+2 level. A candidate must have achieved the desired qualifications from a recognized university or an institution.

Pay scale: The candidates will be initially on stipend and after their training they will be given the rank of sub- lieutenant with a pay scale of Rs15600-39100 plus a grade pay of Rs5400 plus a military service pay of Rs6000 plus the other usual allowances.
Selection process: The candidates will have to appear for the SSB interview at Bangalore. The candidates will also have to appear for an examination called PABT (Pilot Aptitude Battery Test) after their SSB process. The selected candidates will have to undergo a final medical test.
How to apply: The candidates are required to apply as per the format given on the website. The candidates must attach the attested copies of their certificates along with the application. All the applications must be sent to Post Bag No. 04, R.K.Puram PO (main) New Delhi-110066. The applications must be sent by ordinary post.

i am great aspirant of becoming pilot in indian navy but my age is 23 complete ie my birth date is 1st april 1986,i want to ask is there any age relaxation in indian navy? if yes how to proclaim it plz tell me at ur earliest. i have done my B.E electronics with 65% aggregate passed out july 2009.
